For your convenience, we compiled a list of questions that customers frequently ask us. Hopefully these FAQ are helpful, but if you can’t find what you are looking for, feel free to call or email us at any time.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Bavarian Repair is located just north of downtown Woodstock off of Main Street in Bell Industrial Park and minutes from the Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta.

From Kennesaw, exit right from I-575 at Ridgewalk Parkway, turn left on Main Street. Bell Industrial Park is on your left. Once you enter Bell Industrial Park, take the first left after the railroad tracks, then the first drive on your right.

From Canton, exit left from I-575 at Sixes Road, turn right on Main Street. Bell Industrial Park is on your right. Once you enter Bell Industrial Park, take the first left after the railroad tracks, then the first drive on your right.

DO YOU HAVE AFTER HOURS DROP-OFF?

Yes. We understand that your schedule doesn’t always match ours. For after hours drop-offs use the drop box between our two large garage doors located on the side of the building. You’ll find instructions there when you’re ready, but feel free to call us if you have any additional questions.

CAN I BRING MY CAR IN TOMORROW?

You are welcome to drop it off at your convenience, but we ask that you call us in advance to ensure that we have availability and can deliver on your expectations. We try to accommodate as best as we can.

DO YOU DO WARRANTY WORK?

We accept MOST aftermarket warranties. Please bring any warranty documentation with you to your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that factory warranty repairs can only be completed at an authorized BMW or MINI center. If you’d like, we’d be happy to look over your vehicle prior to the end of your factory warranty.
